808live Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing your use of the 808live platform. Please read these terms carefully in their entirety before registering an account or using any of our services.
These terms take effect from the date of your account registration. Any changes will be communicated through the platform.
Terms Acceptance & User Eligibility
By registering an account or using any part of the 808live platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
To use 808live's services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age, or the minimum legal age for gaming under the laws of your jurisdiction;
- Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
- Not be located in a jurisdiction where the use of online gaming platforms is prohibited;
- Register with information that is truthful, accurate, and current.
808live reserves the right to decline or cancel the registration of any user who does not meet the eligibility requirements above, without obligation to provide further reason.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on 808live. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided at registration is accurate, complete, and up to date, including your full name, date of birth, and payment details.
Any false or misleading information discovered by 808live may result in account closure, and any unclaimed funds remaining in the account may be forfeited in accordance with the applicable policy.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. 808live will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You are accountable for all activity that occurs through your account, except where you have reported unauthorised access to our support team in writing.
If you suspect your password has been compromised, change it immediately and contact the 808live support team.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR
All financial transactions on the 808live platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is registered in their own name. The use of a third party's bank account or digital wallet for deposits or withdrawals is strictly prohibited.
Deposits: Successful deposits will be credited to your account balance within the timeframe specified for each payment method. 808live is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests will be processed once account identity verification is complete. Funds will be returned via the same payment method used for the original deposit, except in circumstances that require additional verification. 808live reserves the right to delay withdrawals for security review or compliance purposes.
Fees: 808live does not charge any additional fees for standard deposit transactions. However, your financial institution may apply its own charges, which are beyond our control.
Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Conduct
808live users are strictly prohibited from doing the following:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technological means to gain an unfair advantage in games or the betting process;
- Engaging in any form of fraud, match manipulation, or collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
- Exploiting technical vulnerabilities on the platform, including any bugs or errors in odds display or account credit;
- Transferring account funds to other users for the purpose of money laundering or to bypass security checks;
- Using the platform for any activity that violates applicable Malaysian law;
- Accessing the platform via VPN or proxy to bypass regional restrictions.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of account balance, and potential legal action depending on the severity of the breach.
Account Suspension, Closure & Liability Limits
Account Suspension & Closure
808live reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for the following reasons: suspected fraudulent activity, breach of terms of use, user request, or compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the user's funds will be held until the investigation is concluded.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the 808live support team via email. Any valid remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal within a reasonable timeframe once all reviews have been completed.
Liability Limits
808live shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform, including anticipated loss of profit, service disruption due to system maintenance, or events beyond our control. 808live's total liability to any user is limited to the amount deposited into that account within the 30 calendar days preceding the claim.
This platform is provided "as is" and 808live makes no guarantees regarding continuous availability or the accuracy of information displayed.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the 808live platform — including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, game names, and software code — is the property of 808live or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, republish, or modify any such content without prior written consent from 808live.
Third-Party Links
The 808live platform may contain links or references to third-party services. 808live is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Access to third-party links is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
808live reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via in-platform notifications or registered email at least seven days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the notification date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation, and if unresolved, through the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.
